It set the tone for a card that spent very little time in the later rounds. Three of the six main-card bouts were over inside five minutes, and two of those took less than three.
The main event
Parnasse and Hooker met at lightweight, and the finish came early enough that the fight never settled into a pattern. Hooker, one of the division's most durable operators over a long career, has now been stopped in the opening round in front of a crowd that was not his.
The rest of the main card
Axel Sola needed even less time in the co-main event, knocking out Farès Ziam at 1:40 of the first in an all-lightweight matchup between two fighters the Paris crowd knew well.
Michael "Venom" Page took a unanimous decision over Nursulton Ruziboev at middleweight, with all three judges scoring it 29-28 — the closest card of the night. Daniil Donchenko was more comfortable against Punahele Soriano in the other middleweight bout, taking it 30-27, 30-27 and 29-28.
Kurtis Campbell was the only fighter to get a submission, finishing Trevor Peek with a rear-naked choke at 3:07 of the third in the featherweight bout. Losene Keita closed his bantamweight fight against Muhammad Naimov with a knockout at 2:54 of the first.
