Ethics Policy

The lines we do not cross.

Sources

We protect our sources. When someone asks for anonymity we grant it and we mean it — our tip line discards a submitter's name, email and phone before the tip is written to the database when the anonymous option is chosen. We do not publish a named source's identity without asking first.

Payment

We do not pay for interviews or information, and we do not accept payment to publish, suppress or angle a story. Anything produced under a commercial arrangement is labelled as such at the top of the page.

Conflicts of interest

Staff do not manage, train, corner or hold a financial interest in any fighter or promotion they cover. Where a relationship exists and the coverage is unavoidable, it is disclosed in the story.

Betting content

Our betting coverage is editorial. It reports on lines, movement and market behaviour. It is not advice, we are not licensed to give any, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to place a wager.

Comments

Discussion is moderated. We remove threats, targeted harassment and content that puts anyone at risk. Removed comments are recorded with who removed them and why, so a moderation call can be answered for afterwards.

AI

Every story on this site is written and edited by people. We do not publish generated copy under a human byline.
